Shipping policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
In the event of high order volumes or unforeseen delays, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email or phone.
2. Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)
We ship nationwide within Pakistan using reputable courier services such as TCS, M&P, and Leopard Courier.
- Normal Weight Delivery Time: 2 to 5 business days (depending on location)
- Heavy Weight Delivery Time: 5-8 business days (depending on location)
- Extra Heavy Weight Delivery Time: 9-12 business days (depending on location)
- Shipping Charges: There are no extra shipping charges when you make any purchase. Shipping is free!
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Remote or out-of-service areas may require additional time.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, if available. For any assistance regarding tracking or delivery status, you may contact our support team.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- Currently, we do not ship individual orders internationally via this store. International customers are requested to contact us for wholesale orders.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
6. Damages and Lost Packages
Orient Corporation is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues with the carrier.
